Our Process

When you call GSO Enterprises we are here to assess any IT situation you may have. In doing so we will begin with the basics such as power, connections, errors and any other concerns you may have.

During your initial phone call you will be greeted professionally by one of our staff members to begin evaluating your IT situation. During this time we will collect all of the information regarding your computer, network and any attached equipment.

Once we have covered the basics we will begin troubleshooting the concern with your IT equipment. From there we will either schedule a time for an onsite evaluation or if necessary a repair/replace appointment.
